Pahlavan to Advise at Silicon Valley Research and Development Center

(OTC Bulletin Board: NSCT) has appointed Kaveh Pahlavan, PhD to the Technical
Advisory Board of the Silicon Valley Research and Development Center in San
Jose, California.
Dr. Pahlavan is the most recent member of the Technical Advisory Board
being assembled by National Scientific Corporation. The board will be
comprised of internationally recognized scientists who have been instrumental
in the advancement of commercially important technologies. The goal of the
Technical Advisory Board is to support the National Scientific team in
building a world-class business and technical strategy.

Dr. Kaveh Pahlavan is a Professor of ECE, a Professor of CS, and Director
of the Center for Wireless Information Network Studies, Worcester Polytechnic
Institute, Worcester, MA. He has contributed to numerous seminal technical
publications in the field of broadband wireless indoor networking. Pahlavan
is also a visiting Professor of Telecommunication Laboratory, University of
Oulu, Finland. He has been a consultant to a number of companies including
Honeywell, Nokia, Codex/Motorola, GTE Laboratories, 3COM, Steinbrecher Corp.,
JPL, Savi Technologies, RadioLAN, United Technology Research Center,
Elektrobit, NTT in Japan, and many others.
