Brady Corporation Acquires J.A.M. Plastics, Inc.

    MILWAUKEE, Jan. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Brady Corporation (NYSE: BRC),
a world leader in identification solutions and specialty materials, today
announced that it has acquired J.A.M. Plastics, Inc. of Anaheim, Calif., which
specializes in the sale and manufacture of security-related accessory products
including patented badge holders, lanyards and retractable badge reels.
J.A.M. had sales of approximately $10 million in its 2005 fiscal year and
employs about 80 people.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

to grow.  J.A.M. has been a leader in the badge accessories market for over 40
