operating systems successfully passed through the year 2000 date change. All
of the Company's installations in 44 states and foreign countries are
operating normally.
The successful transition to the year 2000 was the result of DDSI's
readiness program. DDSI began addressing the Y2K issue in early 1999. The
criminal justice installation began testing during the last quarter of 1999.
