AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- ClassMap, Inc., a provider of custom
website and course packet services to university professors, today announced
that it has raised $2.25 million in its second round of financing from co-
leads Chisholm Private Capital Partners and CCG Venture Partners. This
follows earlier investments by CCG Venture Partners, Capstar
Investment Partners, Goodrich Capital Partners, Velocity Capital and
undisclosed individuals.

ClassMap builds and maintains free course specific web sites to use as an
additional teaching tool. Students pay an online fee to access their course
materials. The company also provides optional home delivery of course reading
materials traditionally supplied by local copy shops. By using the ClassMap
Web site and course packet services, professors and students save classroom
administrative time, improve classroom communication, and save money.
