CSG to Provide Customer Care and Billing Support to Shreveport, LA. Market
ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Jan. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CSG Systems
(Nasdaq: CSGS), a leading global provider of customer care and billing
solutions, today announced that it has reached an agreement with Time Warner
Cable National Division to provide billing and customer care support for the
Shreveport, La. market.

Under the agreement, CSG will extend its outsourced advanced convergent
billing platform and its front-end customer care application to support
approximately 60,000 video and high speed Internet subscribers served by Time
Warner Cable of Shreveport.
In addition, CSG will extend other applications to support Time Warner
Cable of Shreveport's customers, including CSG(R) Care Express, a solution
that enables customer self-care through an online account management platform
which allows customers to view, manage and pay bills over the Internet. The
operator also will leverage CSG's Customer Interaction Tracking and CSG
Statement Express applications, which are pre-integrated with CSG's core
billing and customer-care solutions.
CSG's outsourced applications will replace a legacy in-house system
currently in use in the Shreveport market.
The addition of Shreveport to CSG's system was driven by the market's
inclusion into Time Warner National Division and its desire to leverage CSG's
single convergent billing and customer care platform to support all of its
customers and services. With the addition of Shreveport, CSG supports all of
the 325,000 subscribers within Time Warner National Division, which comprises
16 metropolitan markets across the United States.
