Colorado operated by its Air Midwest subsidiary. Mesa Airlines is proudly
entering its 24th year of safe and professional operations in New Mexico. In

fare sale for flights through February 14, 2005 to the following communities:

Tax which will be imposed on each flight segment in the passenger's ticketed
