Colorado operated by its Air Midwest subsidiary. Mesa Airlines is proudly
entering its 24th year of safe and professional operations in New Mexico. In
order to say thank you to our communities and passengers, Mesa is offering a
fare sale for flights through February 14, 2005 to the following communities:

Refunds/Changes: Fares are nonrefundable. Mesa may permit you to apply a
portion of the fare value to future travel upon payment of applicable fees and

Tax which will be imposed on each flight segment in the passenger's ticketed
