fourth quarter financial results prior to market open on Thursday, February 8,
2001, followed by a conference call at 10:30 a.m. (eastern). The conference
call will include a brief discussion of the quarter followed by questions and
answers. The call will be moderated by Dan Gibson, Senior Vice President,
Corporate Affairs and will include remarks by Barry Sternlicht, Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer and Ron Brown, Executive Vice President/Chief
Financial Officer.
