President and Senior Counsel, according to an announcement by George R.

Mrs. Kelley has twenty-five years of legal experience, including ten years
as in-house counsel and fifteen years in private practice. Her extensive
retail related legal experience includes service as Vice President and Senior
Counsel of Limited Brands, Inc. and, most recently, Executive Vice President
and General Counsel of Kmart Corporation.
