Hills Promenade shopping center in Atlanta, GA, bringing the Company's Atlanta
portfolio total to 17.
The 154,000-square foot center is located near the intersection of N.
Druid Hills Road and La Vista Road, in the heart of the retail corridor
serving Emory University and the national Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention area residents. Publix anchors Toco Hills Promenade with a 52,000-
square foot store, and approximately 30 other retailers and businesses occupy
the remaining space.
