(NYSE: FRX), an international manufacturer and marketer of pharmaceutical
products, will release its Fiscal 2007 Third Quarter financial results
before the U.S. stock market opens on Tuesday, January 16, 2007. Later that
day, at 10:00 AM EDT, Forest will host a conference call where Dr. Lawrence
Olanoff, President and Chief Operating Officer and Frank Perier, Senior
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will discuss the financial
