Norazza's CDcopy and DVDcopy Appliances Sit on Desktop, Make 1-7 Copies

Plaza, Innovations Plus/ Booth #71458 -- For the first time, businesses that
need to copy CDs and DVDs can do it with the push of a button -- without the
need for programming or other extra steps -- with the new Norazza CDcopy and
Norazza DVDcopy office appliances from Norazza, Inc. Both products come in
three different models for copying 1, 3 or 7 CDs, with prices beginning at
$299.
These desktop devices resemble PC towers with multiple bays, and they
operate on a "load and go" basis. Just place the master disc in the read
drive, load blank CDs or DVDs into the writer drives, and press the button.
There are no controller screens, no menus to choose from, and no need to
connect to a PC because each appliance is a standalone unit.
This makes it possible to duplicate anything from training discs to
catalogs, payroll data, accounting information or medical images without
assigning the job to the back office. It also can help healthcare
organizations, financial institutions and corporations in complying with the
Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Gramm-Leach-
Bliley Act (GLBA), and Sarbanes-Oxley Act by archiving sensitive data on
write-once media that cannot be modified or tampered with once burning is
complete.
Norazza CDcopy features a 52X recording speed for high-volume throughput
and supports multiple CD formats, including CD-R, CD-RW, Audio CD, CD-ROM
Mode-1, CD-ROM XA Mode-2 (Form1, Form2), Super Video CD, CD Extra/CD Plus, CD
Text, and CD-I Photo CD (Single and Multisession). MSRPs are $299 (1:1), $529
(1:3) and $969 (1:7).
Norazza DVDcopy can be used to copy either DVDs or CDs at 16X and 40X
recording speeds, respectively. It supports both DVD+R and DVD-R formats as
well as all CD formats supported by CDcopy. MSRPs are $499 (1:1), $999 (1:3)
and $1,699 (1:7).
