(OTC Bulletin Board: DKDY) (''DDI'') announced today that DDI has reached a
cooperation agreement with GreenTree Financial Group Inc. (''GreenTree''), a
professional financial consulting firm focusing on China investment &
financing businesses, for initiating a large-scale outdoor Qin dynasty
Cultural Dinner Show program for performing Qin dynasty dancers and songs in
the Theme Park of Qin E-Pang Palace (''the Theme Park'') from April 2006.
    Pursuant to the agreement between DDI and GreenTree, DDI will receive an
initial investment of RMB2.4 million (equal to US$296 thousand) for initiating
the large-scale outdoor Qin Cultural Dinner Show program (''Dinner Show'').
The Dinner Show will be performed on the square of the front-palace in the
Theme Park, which is able to accommodate over 10,000 people.  The Dinner Show
is expected to be performed every night from April 2006, and tourists will be
able to enjoy the large-scale Qin cultural outdoor performance while taking a
delicate Chinese dinner.  The Dinner Show will reintroduce the Qin dynasty
dancing & songs of 2200 years ago, which is unparalleled in China, as well as
the largest outdoor dinner show in China.
