provider of consulting and training services in the areas of Data Warehousing
and Decision Support Systems (DSS), changed its legal entity status from a
Limited Liability Company to a 'C' corporation on January 1, 1999, and will be
providing professional services under the name BASE Consulting Group, Inc.
(BASE).
Since inception in 1994, BASE has achieved an annual revenue growth rate
in excess of 100% and was recognized in 1998 as the 12th Fastest Growing
Private Company in the San Francisco Bay Area.

improvement, and software selection. The "Systems Integration" practice line

data conversion related to enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
implementations.
In addition to consulting, BASE conducts training courses at the BASE
Training Center in Oakland, California. These courses provide hands-on
training with software produced by its alliance partners. BASE has also
developed a Certificate Program for Data Warehousing Professionals in
conjunction with University of California, Berkeley Extension.
