Construction Begins on Houston Area's Most State-of-the-Art Dealership
HOUSTON, Jan. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Champion Acura, Houston's largest Acura
dealership, announced today that it will break ground on its new, state-of-
the-art sales and service facility on January 9, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. The
new dealership is located at I-45 and Butler Road in League City.

already at the leading edge of automotive retailing with things like our
e-vehicle program and our pledge for fair and transparent financing. Now
we're going to have a facility with the architectural attributes and
physical capabilities to match."
The new structure sits on 4.5 acres and will feature 36,000 square feet
of enclosed sales and service space. The showroom floor will have space to
display 4 vehicles and will accommodate a fully functioning accessories
store, a customer lounge and coffee bar, finance offices and administrative
facilities. The entire sales floor will offer high-speed wireless Internet
access for customers' convenience. The service area includes 22 service
bays, each equipped with the most contemporary diagnostic and maintenance
tools in the industry. Opening is anticipated for September, 2008.
The existing Champion Acura dealership is located at 12111 Gulf Freeway
in Houston. Champion Acura, along with all of the dealerships in Texas that
