   New Mobile Entertainment Products offer increased flexibility in music
                              playback formats

multimedia source units that incorporate support for Microsoft Windows
Media Digital Rights Management (WM DRM) and pure digital audio streaming
playback feature via USB connection.

    Customers can now choose from six very distinct mobile CD source units
(DUZ385SAT, DXZ785USB, DXZ585USB and DXZ385USB) and multimedia systems
(MAX685BT and the VRX785BT) that offer both Windows Media Audio and Video
playback capabilities along with support for playback of WM DRM protected
content. Each offers increased flexibility with support for several types
of music playback formats, making it the ultimate device for taking your
own music collection on the road.

    The Windows Media platform is used in the majority of online sites that
use DRM (Digital Rights Management) coding to protect the usage of rented
or purchased files.
