"Bang & Olufsen has always been a leader in developing products that
work for the user and can fit seamlessly into people's lifestyles," states
Zean Nielsen, President of Bang & Olufsen America, Inc. "BeoVision 8 is an
essential addition to our video portfolio as it presents a flexible LCD
display with superb sound and picture at an entry-level price point. We're
confident that the introduction of this product will appeal to our existing
customer base, as well as attract new consumers to our brand. We now
fulfill all screen size requirements with the introduction of this product,
thus strengthening our video portfolio."

    A flexible solution

BeoVision 8 offers infinite placement options in the home, as it can
easily be moved around and placed on a table, floor stand, wall bracket, or
even directly on the floor. BeoVision 8 appeals to the contemporary
lifestyle where television is an indispensable part of daily life.

BeoVision 8 is a video display ideal for the living room, but also a
convenient addition to the kitchen, bedroom, or child's playroom. It
delivers a message of easy living without compromise as it offers an
incredible, high quality viewing experience in one easy-to-use, compact
package.

    Superior sound performance

The problem with many flat-screen televisions is that the sound they
produce is just as flat as the screen. In light of this, the sound
performance of BeoVision 8 sets new standards. While the down-facing bass
speaker provides a firm foundation for movies and music, the front units
are tuned specifically for the reproduction of human speech, which
simulates actual voices coming directly from the screen.

Chief Designer at Bang & Olufsen, David Lewis, explains, "We moved the
sound forward and up like a proper stage with a real orchestra pit,
creating the uncompromised synergy of design and sound quality one would
expect from a Bang & Olufsen product."

    Excellent picture quality

The BeoVision 8 32-inch screen is based on a progressive display
technology with a glare polarizer that provides the ideal contrast.
Additionally, BeoVision 8 has no glass in front of the screen, thus it
outputs more light than other BeoVisions. This is particularly effective
when watching television during the day, as many flat screens suffer when
used in bright ambient light. The result of the glare polarizer provides a
significant improvement in contrast, allowing for blacker blacks, richer
colors, and more precise details for the optimal viewing experience.

BeoVision 8 will be available in all Bang & Olufsen showrooms by February 2008. MSRP $3950.00.
