DALLAS, Jan. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ENSCO International Incorporated
(NYSE: ESV) announced that the date for its Annual Meeting of Stockholders was
set by the Board of Directors. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 11,
at 10:00 a.m., Central Daylight Time at the Fairmont Hotel, 1717 North Akard
Street, Dallas, TX 75201-2344 U.S.A. Holders of record as of the close of
business on March 15, 2004, will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
ENSCO, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, provides contract drilling services
to the international petroleum industry.
