    NEW YORK, Jan. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BISYS, a leading provider of
business process outsourcing solutions for the financial services sector,
today announced that a live simulcast and replay of its fiscal year 2004,
second quarter earnings conference call will be available over the Internet.
The live webcast and archived replay can be accessed on the home page or the
"Investor Relations" tab of BISYS' Web site at http://www.bisys.com.  Click on the
link "Fiscal Year 2004, Second Quarter Earnings Webcast."
    In addition, management's prepared presentation, including the additional
financial and statistical information planned for discussion during the
webcast, will be available on BISYS' Web site prior to the webcast.  This
additional information also can be accessed from the "Investor Relations" tab

    The webcast will begin at 8:30 a.m. EST on Thursday, January 22, 2004,
following the release of the Company's quarterly financial results after the
close of the market on Wednesday, January 21, 2004.  Those wishing to listen
