Manoogian to Senior Vice President, Retail. In this role, Mr. Manoogian is
responsible for the sales and marketing operations for the company's retail
and consumer demand focused businesses in North America.

back in 2000, Mike started as a Vice President of Sales at Planalytics
where he has helped accelerate the use of Business Weather Intelligence in
retailing, consumer packaged goods and other weather sensitive sectors.
