Andrew K. Woeber to Join Greenhill as a Managing Director

    NEW YORK, Jan. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Greenhill & Co., Inc.
(NYSE: GHL), a leading independent investment bank, announced today that
Andrew K. Woeber will join the Firm as a Managing Director. Mr. Woeber, who
has been a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley based in San Francisco, will
open a San Francisco office for Greenhill.

    Mr. Woeber has been an investment banker at Morgan Stanley since 2000.
Prior to that, he worked in Mergers & Acquisitions at Merrill Lynch and was
an attorney with Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
