CHICAGO, Jan. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Borg-Warner Security Corporation
(NYSE: BOR), today announced that Joseph Arwady has been named president of BW
Staffing, a staffing services business, headquartered in Parsippany, New
Jersey. Mr. Arwady will report to James F. McNulty, president, Borg-Warner
Total Security Solutions.
Borg-Warner entered the staffing services business in 1995. After
experiencing significant internal growth, the business now operates as a
separate specialty services unit of the company. BW Staffing recruits,
screens, hires and manages contract employees for manufacturing, assembly,
distribution, fulfillment and call center customers across the United States.
The company concentrates on large, stand-alone customers that contract for
25 or more long-term workers. BW Staffing currently operates 35 offices in
16 states.
Joe Arwady said, "We believe our rapid internal growth is a direct result
of our ability to design staffing programs to fit each customer's labor and
productivity requirements. We plan to continue differentiating our service
from temp agencies by building relationships with large users for whom BW
Staffing represents clear added value."
Borg-Warner Security Corporation is the world's largest provider of
physical security services. These services include security officers, patrol
services, nuclear utility and aviation security services, staffing services,
background screening and investigative services under the Burns and Wells
