Burnham Pacific Announces Tax Status of 1999 Dividends

    SAN DIEGO, Jan. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Burnham Pacific Properties, Inc.
(NYSE: BPP) today announced the tax status of dividends paid to stockholders
for 1999 as follows:
