has taken the role of Regional Director of Property Management for the
Company's growing Florida portfolio. Wilcher will oversee facilities
management for the Company's 25-property portfolio in the state, and
property management associates in the Orlando and South Florida offices
will report to him. Wilcher will be based in Miami.

Wilcher has over 25 years of experience in real estate property
management, including more than 12 years with Edens & Avant in a regional
manager role. Prior to joining the Company, he worked with Greystone Realty
Management.
