WARP WIRE DSL Sales Increase by 292 Percent in December 1999;
Signals Additional Opportunities for Expansion of Offering, Revenue Growth
DENVER, Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- RMI.NET, Inc. (Nasdaq: RMII), a national
e-business solutions company, announced today record growth in sales of its
recently announced, nationwide WARP WIRE(SM) digital subscriber line (DSL)
service for December 1999, increasing its sales of the high-speed Internet
access service by 292 percent during the month.

RMI.NET announced the launch of its DSL service in mid-September 1999, and
began ramping up its sales and marketing efforts -- including an advertising
campaign -- early in the fourth quarter of 1999. In December, it secured more
than 300 DSL service contracts, representing an expected average revenue of
approximately $140 a month per unit.

RMI.NET intends to further ramp up its sales and marketing efforts to increase
DSL sales, and other bundled products and services offered by the company.

significantly faster than other connections, such as telephone lines or
