Neutral Posture Ergonomics, Inc. (Nasdaq: NTRL) a leading manufacturer of
ergonomic chairs and accessories, today announced the appointment of Mr. Tom
Peterson to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer. In this
role, Mr. Peterson will direct and manage the Company as it continues to
implement the strategic planning goals set earlier this year.
Mr. Peterson has been working with the Company for the past three months
on a consulting basis primarily for the introduction and implementation of the
Company's ergonomic accessory line, N*hancements. This quarter the Company
will begin manufacturing, marketing and distributing the N*hancements line
which will include height and angle adjustable workstation products such as
keyboard trays, monitor lifts, CPU holders and other retrofittable upgrades.

and Harvard chair lines on which to grow. Adding N*hancements is just one
step towards expanding the Company's many lines of business while making full
use of existing distribution channel relationships," says Mr. Peterson. He

For the previous five years, Mr. Peterson was in the position of Vice
President, Business Development for ISE, The International Source for
Ergonomics, Inc., (a Canadian distributor of similar accessory line products).
With nearly a decade of operational experience, Mr. Peterson brings a
significant understanding of the industry and it's various distribution levels
to Neutral Posture Ergonomics, Inc.
