powerful talent resource, today announced three executive hires. This
expansion of the Guru management team will help the company fulfill its vision
to revolutionize the sourcing and placement of talent.
Amy Rice joins Guru as Senior Director of Client Development, where she
will spearhead the sales effort into Fortune 1000 companies. Amy brings more
than ten years of human capital experience, including her most recent position
as Vice President of Technology Strategy at Staffmark Inc., and prior
management positions at Manpower.
Karen Randall, Guru's new Director of Client Development, brings solid
experience delivering business services to Fortune 500 companies. Karen will
work with Amy to develop major client relationships and to train the expanding
Guru sales force. Karen comes from Adecco Employment Services where she was
most recently Regional Vice President.
Tom Janz joins Guru as the Director of Assessment, where he will lead
Guru's development of innovative candidate screening systems. Tom is an
Industrial-Organizational Psychologist with a PhD from University of
Minnesota, and is one of the founders of the behavior-based interviewing
movement. Tom's experience developing online screening systems and human
resource tools is integral to Guru's mission. Tom comes to Guru from Personnel
Decisions International where he was the Director of Behavior Description
Systems.
