incTools Product Provides Alternative to Enterprise Software
                        From Microsoft and Lotus Notes

    DENVER, Jan. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Internet Commerce & Communications
(Nasdaq: ICCX) announced today that it has signed an agreement with incTools
to provide an IC&C branded and hosted Intranet service for its
130,000 business and consumer customers nationwide.

incTools has created a proprietary, shared Intranet environment that can
be used by small and medium sized businesses as an alternative to enterprise
software such as Microsoft Exchange or Lotus notes. The incTools Intranet
platform integrates web-based email and provides contacts and calendars for
both public and private access, document storage, instant messaging and
company announcements. The intuitive and easy to use Web-based environment
significantly reduces the cost and difficulty of implementation for the user.
The incTools platform is completely WAP enabled, which means that users
can view their emails, contacts and schedules from the web or from a growing
array of wireless access devices such as cell phones and palm devices.
Douglas Hanson, Chairman & CEO of IC&C noted that "incTools represents yet
another example of IC&C leadership in the ISP industry. We continue to
identify value-added services for our existing customers that differentiate us
from our competition. Combined with our existing email and web-hosting
platform served from our seven data centers, the IC&C intranet service will
provide our customers important and instantly usable productivity tools at a
fraction of the current market price. Today, it costs in excess of $20 per
user per month for shared Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Notes and substantially
more for companies that host these services in house. The incTools platform
allows us to provide these services at a much lower cost than our competition
while delivering equal or superior services."
John Lay, President and CEO of incTools, commented: "After two years of
development, it is a major step forward to launch the production version of
our custom WAP enabled Intranet platform. Combined with IC&C's marketing and
hosting expertise, the incTools productivity tool will be made available to
millions of small businesses looking to level the playing field with large
companies."
