(SIPX.PK) today announced the appointment of Joe Vyvijal to the position of
Director of Business Development reporting to Ed Lam, Senior Vice President of
Marketing and Business Development.

Joe has over 17 years of semiconductor experience with his most recent
position as Marketing Director for the Portable Power Systems group at
National Semiconductor. Additionally, Joe has held the positions of Product
Line Director for National's Small Format Display Product Line and Marketing
Director for National's Amplifier Product Line where he launched the very
successful LMV series of Operational Amplifiers known as Silicon Dust(TM).
