agreement with ValiCert to provide a combined PKI-based Internet
authentication solution. The solution integrates Arcot's WebFort(TM) strong
authentication solution with ValiCert's Global Validation Authority (VA)
Service(SM) and will provide customers with a solid and reliable
authentication infrastructure, which includes global validation of
certificates used in e-commerce and Internet communications.
