William Dukes and Elisa Sheldon Bring Industry Leading Experience

SEATTLE, Jan. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- ID Certify, Inc., a Seattle-based company
providing digital signature solutions, today announced the appointment of two
corporate officers.

William Dukes has joined ID Certify as President and Chief Executive
Officer, where he will lead the market expansion effort for the company's
identity management products and services. Dukes replaces company founders Don
Bundy and Linda Mackintosh, who remain with the company as Executive Vice
President and Chief Operations Officer, respectively.
Dukes brings to ID Certify an extensive knowledge of smart card-based
technology applications, in addition to IPO experience and a history of strong
corporate leadership. Prior to joining ID Certify, Dukes was Chief Executive
Officer of ViCom, a telecommunications services company. He also served as CEO
of Lassen International, Inc., and of Electronic Data Technologies. Dukes
received his BA in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and his
MBA from the University of Denver.

ID Certify also announced the appointment of Elisa Sheldon as the
company's Chief Financial Officer, who will be responsible for all financial
operations of the company. She reports directly to ID Certify's President and
CEO, William Dukes.

Dukes. "She has extensive experience structuring IPOs and secondary
financings."
Sheldon has also been involved with successful acquisitions of foreign
computer software companies as well as licensing and royalty agreements.
Previously, Sheldon served as CFO for Prescott College, Lassen International,
Inc. and Stout Management Company, and as Controller for Electronic Data
Technologies.
Both Dukes and Sheldon have recognized ID Certify's unique market niche
and have joined the company to lead it to its full potential. The company
recently opened a second office in Oakland, California, and is expanding
rapidly.
