Global One Provides China Telecom With Increased Capacity For ChinaNet, the Country's Largest IP Network

    BEIJING, Jan. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Global One, awarded "Best Carrier 1999"
by customers under the Emap Media World Communication Awards 1999, today
announced the completion of 45Mbps Internet capacity enhancements for
ChinaNet, the country's largest IP network which provides access to more than
80 percent of Internet users in China.
