long-time resident of Orion Township, he is a past president and past board
member of the Oxford Community Development Authority.
Mr. Hevron has served as the Bank's vice president and controller since
beginning his employment in December of 1994. He was elected cashier in May
of 1999 and received the designation of chief financial officer of both the
Bank and the Corporation in December of 1999. Mr. Hevron's responsibilities
include financial management, accounting, management and regulatory reporting,
investments, asset liability management, and shareholder relations.
A resident of Oakland Township, Mr. Hevron has over 38 years of experience

A mortgage banker for over 21 years, Mrs. Halleck began her career with
Oxford Bank as a teller in October of 1978. She joined the mortgage

appointed to bank officer in December of 1992. Mrs. Halleck was promoted to

associate member of the Oxford Women's Club and a board member of the Oxford
Community Development Authority.

prevention manager since 1995. She was appointed to bank officer in December
of 1997. Before attaining her current position, Mrs. Edgett had also served
as the Bank's bookkeeping supervisor, followed by assistant branch manager and
then branch manager duties at the Bank's Addison-Oaks branch between 1990 and
1995. A banker for over 25 years, she began her current tenure with Oxford
Bank as a teller in 1985.

position as bookkeeping supervisor in January of 1990. Prior to joining the
bookkeeping department, she had served the Bank in various capacities for 10
years, including customer service representative and mortgage clerk. A
