Hotels.com Launches Bill Me Later(R) Promotion Offering Customers No Payments
                               Until June 2005*

    DALLAS, Jan. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- With the holiday bills arriving
in the mail and Valentine's Day around the corner, Hotels.com is offering
customers a chance for romance without spending a dime ... up front that is.
The expert in online hotel booking is allowing customers to book now and pay
later with the Bill Me Later(R) program.  This powerful payment choice enables
travelers booking hotels or vacation rentals worldwide on Hotels.com to defer
payment for 90 days -- until May 2005 when booking by January 31st and until
June 2005 for bookings made by February 28th.

Bill Me Later program allows customers to enjoy the trip now and pay for it

    Qualified travelers who choose the Bill Me Later payment option for
reservations of $450 or more can defer payment without interest charges until

at http://www.hotels.com , or by calling 1-800-2-HOTELS.  To qualify for a
Bill Me Later account, customers are not required to complete a lengthy credit

fraud liability" protection which means customers are not responsible for
