RICHMOND, Va., Jan. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The globalization of manufacturing
has produced cheaper goods for everyone, but the trend has cost hundreds of
thousands of jobs in the Fifth District. While the nation's manufacturing
employment shows signs of stabilizing, the Fifth District's top manufacturing
