What Men Don't Tell Women About Business

Business Guru Chris Flett to Tell All to Women in Communications

DETROIT, Jan. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Chris Flett, successful entrepreneur,
speaker, and traitor to the male gender, is exposing what men do in the
office after women have left the room. Presented by Women In Communications
of Detroit, Flett will reveal What Men Don't Tell Women About Business on
Wednesday, March 7, 6 p.m., at Hoops City Grille in Southfield (in the Star
Southfield Theatre complex).
Flett will open the male "playbook" to business, talking about how men
develop partnerships, the role of the male ego in making decisions, and how
men sabotage women in the corporate world. He will share 10 factors that
drive men in business, the 14 things women do daily to undermine themselves
in the work world, and steps women can take to be taken seriously in
professional situations. Flett views each session as an honest and
long-overdue conversation between the sexes that shares "insider"
information imperative to understanding the male/female relationship in
business.
Women In Communications is the only professional organization that
includes representation from all communications disciplines. The Detroit
chapter includes specialists in writing, editing, marketing, public
relations, journalism, advertising, corporate communications, and special
events. WIC meetings provide diverse programs, professional development and
networking opportunities.
Christopher Flett is recognized internationally as a leader in business
motivation, turn-around strategy and business development. In recent years,
he has worked primarily as an advisor to female business owners sharing his
insights on how to better engage men in professional settings.
Dinner is included in the program cost of $30 for WIC of Detroit
members and $40 for nonmembers. Reservations deadline is March 2. Call
(248) 652-1460 to RSVP.
