WHAT: Groundbreaking ceremonies for construction of the Helix Project,
the first phase of Immunex's new research and technology center.
The new center will provide a collaborative environment for
Immunex scientists, clinicians and commercial staff to work
together to pioneer breakthrough medicines.
WHO: Keynote speaker: James D. Watson, Ph.D., pioneer geneticist, Nobel
Laureate, co-discoverer of the double helix DNA structure. Watson
is currently president of Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.
