announced that it has enhanced its website with changes that make Allstate.com
more convenient and easier to use.
"With an emphasis on providing a superior customer experience, we have
redesigned the 'Customer Care Center' section on Allstate.com so that it is
easier to navigate, more informative and includes even more self-service
options for Allstate customers," said Rich Heneberry, Allstate Assistant Vice
President for Interactive Marketing.

three reports dating back to Winter 2000.
We have added more topics to the 'Frequently Asked Questions' section. In
addition customers can link to their agent's personal web page to email their
agent directly from the Allstate.com site.
"Pay-by-check is a new feature on the site and with a new, simplified
registration process, customers can let Allstate.com begin working for them,"
continued Heneberry.
Allstate.com allows customers to manage their Allstate accounts with
features like letting the customer view and request policy changes, check
account status and pay premiums online (via check or credit card) as well as
report a claim and monitor its progress through claim settlement.

their policies, we will continue to look for ways to improve and enhance the
site's services and features to ensure the customer has a superior
