Annual award honors creativity and innovation in embedded systems as part
of ESC Silicon Valley
SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- CMP Technology's EE Times today
announced that nominations for the Fourth Annual Creativity in Electronics
(ACE) Awards are due Friday, February 1.
The ACE Awards, developed in 2005, are awarded each year to celebrate
the individuals, companies and products that demonstrate innovation and
leadership in embedded systems. The winners are selected by a panel of
judges comprised of industry thought leaders, leading educators and Wall
Street executives.
Nominees are judged in the following categories:

-- Design Team of the Year
-- Executive of the Year
-- Innovator of the Year

EE Times editors will announce the five finalists in each of these nine
categories on March 7, 2008. From these five finalists, the judges will
evaluate and select the award winners.
The awards will be presented at the ACE Awards Gala, part of the ESC
Silicon Valley, at the Fairmont Hotel in San Jose, California, on Tuesday,
April 15 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Comedian Craig Ferguson will headline the
event.
