RMI.NET Names New Chief Technology Officer; Ehud Gavron, Founder of ACES Research, to Head Up Company's Technology Efforts

    DENVER, Jan. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- RMI.NET, Inc. (Nasdaq: RMII), a national
e-business solutions company, announced today that Ehud Gavron has been named
vice president and chief technology officer for the company.

    Gavron joined the company in July 1999 when RMI.NET acquired ACES
Research, Inc., a Tucson, Ariz.-based dedicated access Internet service
provider (ISP).

    Gavron has networked systems and employee teams since 1989.  He spent two
years at Los Alamos National Laboratory and four years at Sunquest Information
Systems, a software development company.
    In addition, Gavron and his former company have consulted for such
companies as AT&T, Cisco Systems, MCI Worldcom, Microsoft, Teleport
Communication Group and Siemens.  He brings direct experience with Internet
Protocol (IP) networking, network design, backbone peering and software
engineering.
