DETROIT, Jan. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Compuware Corporation
(Nasdaq: CPWR) today announced that it received Corp! Magazine's award for
"Diversity-focused Company." Corp! honored Compuware with this award based
on the company's commitment to diversity -- in race, ethnicity and more --
as a business driver.

social identity, with current groups organized for African American,
Chinese, Indian and Latin American cultures, as well as a Compuware Women's
Association. Any employee can join any employee resource group, which helps

initiatives and identify and foster business opportunities.

program for all employees, and it has established a high school internship
program that generates interest in technology among women and minority
