NEW YORK, Jan. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- At its meeting today, the Merrill Lynch
& Co., Inc. Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of
24 cents per common share, payable February 25, 1999, to shareholders of
record on February 5.
