Bright House Networks Extends Relationship With CSG Systems

  CSG to Continue as Billing and Customer Care Solutions Provider for Bright
           House Networks' Tampa, Fla. and Livonia, Mich. Divisions

    ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Jan. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CSG Systems
(Nasdaq: CSGS), a leading provider of customer care and billing solutions,
today announced that it has extended its agreement with Bright House Networks
to provide customer care and billing support to its Tampa, Fla. and Livonia,
Mich. divisions.  Bright House Networks is a multiple system operator (MSO)
managed by Advance/Newhouse Communications.

    In the extended agreement, effective through March 2013, CSG will continue
to deliver its outsourced customer care and billing platform -- and numerous
other complimentary products and services, including the CSG(R) Care Express
and CSG(R) Workforce Express solutions -- to support customers across the
MSO's Tampa and Livonia markets.  Bright House Networks also will continue to
leverage several CSG solutions that are pre-integrated with billing, including
collections, customer interaction tracking and other tools.
    Under the extended agreement, CSG also will continue to provide print and
mail services for the Bright House Networks divisions.
    Bright House Networks will leverage CSG's Advanced Convergent Platform
(ACP) to support subscribers across all services today and in the future,
including the MSO's rollout of bundled services.  Bright House Networks cited
CSG's proven capability in supporting the unique needs of the convergent
broadband market as its key reason for renewing and extending its relationship
with CSG.
