Theresa O'Rourke Named Executive Editor of Every Day with Rachael Ray

    NEW YORK, Jan. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Theresa O'Rourke has been appointed
Executive Editor of Every Day with Rachael Ray, it was announced today by
Silvana Nardone, Editor, Every Day with Rachael Ray. Ms. O'Rourke joins the
magazine from Cosmopolitan, where she was Deputy Editor since 2007. She
worked previously at Cosmopolitan as Senior Editor from 2002 to 2003.

    "Theresa shares our sense of humor and our fun, flirty attitude. We
can't wait to have her join the party at Every Day with Rachael Ray," said
Ms. Nardone. "Her experiences will deliver new energy into the pages of the
magazine."

    Ms. O'Rourke was Deputy Editor at Shop Etc. in 2006. Prior to that, she
was Features Editor at Allure from 2003 to 2005 where she directed all
special project issues, including Allure's annual State of Beauty and Best
of Beauty issues.

    Additionally, Ms. O'Rourke has written or served as a contributing
editor for Real Simple, InStyle, Women's Health, Marie Claire and Shape.
Her experience includes serving as a General Assignment Reporter for
Newsday.
