Power Inc. completed its quality control review of the wind energy project in
Blandford, Massachusetts during this cold winter with some days having a wind
chill factor of over 25 degrees below zero. Western Mass Electric and
Massachusetts Technology Collaborative are working very hard toward finalizing
the interconnection of the wind system. Mass Megawatts project in Blandford is
rated at 20 kW and is 72 feet tall.

In other news Mass Megawatts majority shareholder and President announced
that he did not purchase or sell any shares in calendar year 2005. He also
did not purchase or sell any shares in the previous calendar year. The most
recent fiscal year includes both year 2004 and year 2005. The majority
shareholder has promised not to sell any shares until the stock trading volume
is over 10,000 shares per day for at least 20 consecutive business days.
