SOURCECORP(R) Names Steve Davis as Chief Information Officer

    DALLAS, Jan. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SOURCECORP (Nasdaq: SRCP), a
leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing solutions has named Steve
Davis as Chief Information Officer.  In this role Mr. Davis will lead the
Company's enterprise-wide technology solutions.
    "Steve has been with SOURCECORP for approximately two years as Chief
Information Officer for operations.  His leadership has been concentrated in
the BPS Division where significant progress has been achieved in implementing
advanced technology solutions that have contributed to improved productivity

    In addition to his corporate-wide leadership responsibilities, Mr. Davis
will remain CIO for SOURCECORP's Business Process Outsourcing Unit, a role he
has performed since April 2002.

United States and Canada.  Mr. Davis led the technology initiatives to launch
its electronic commerce business, including the support of supply chain and
call center operations of the company.  Mr. Davis also held various technology
management positions at IBM and led the e-Business Solutions Group for IBM's
Western Geography providing management and project delivered leadership to
E-business sales and services delivery personnel.
    Mr. Davis has a successful 16 year track record in technology management
focused on customer oriented solutions.  He is an honors graduate of Texas A&M
University in College Station, Texas.
