report fourth quarter 2001 earnings on February 12, 2002. William C. Rusnack,
Premcor's President and Chief Executive Officer will host a conference call on
February 12, 2002 at 10 a.m. CST to discuss fourth quarter 2001 results and to
provide an update on company operations. Ezra C. Hunt, Chief Financial
