products, services and solutions, has named three executives to oversee
global management functions in sales, telecom and cable marketing and
professional services.

Grant Cushny has been named Vice President, Global Sales and
Professional Services. Cushny joined Tollgrade in 2007 when he led the
integration of the Broadband Test Division (BTD) of Teradyne upon its
acquisition by Tollgrade. During his 20 years at Teradyne, Cushny was most
recently General Manager of BTD, and he also held various sales and
engineering management positions, in addition to being responsible for
technical marketing and professional services. Previously, Cushny managed
technical support for Associated Newspapers in South Africa.
Chris Barton has been named Executive Director, Marketing for
Tollgrade's global telecom and cable business. He joined Tollgrade in 2007
as part of the Company's acquisition of the Broadband Test Division of
Teradyne. Barton's experience in the test and measurement business spans
more than two decades at Teradyne where he was a market manager who
supported the technical marketing efforts for European telecom customers.
Previously, Barton worked in engineering positions for a number of telecom
equipment suppliers, including Ericsson, Marconi and Siemens.
Fletcher Bishop has been named Executive Director, Professional
Services for Tollgrade's global telecom and cable operations. Formerly,
Bishop was responsible for professional services at the Broadband Test
Division of Teradyne. There, Bishop was responsible for the services and
financial management areas of their test and measurement group. Also, at
Teradyne, he was responsible for international quality improvement
initiatives.
The sales and marketing management appointments were made following the
promotion of Joe Ferrara to President and CEO from his former position as
Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales. The professional services
management function is a new position that has been created to address
increased global demand for customer services in Tollgrade's portfolio.
