LEXINGTON, Mass., Jan. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon Company
(NYSE: RTNA, RTNB) announced today that it will contribute $1 million to renew
its support to the American Red Cross Annual Disaster Giving Program.
Raytheon's contribution will be paid out over five years and will provide
disaster relief through 2004.
Raytheon, a founding member of the Annual Disaster Giving Program, will
designate specific amounts of its gift to provide disaster relief services in
locations where company facilities exist and employees live. Raytheon also
will designate a portion of this gift to match employee donations contributed
through company sponsored drives in support of specific disaster relief
efforts.
