Apache to Release Fourth-Quarter, Full-Year Earnings Followed by Conference Call on Feb. 7

    HOUSTON, Jan. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Apache Corporation (NYSE,
Nasdaq: APA), will release its fourth-quarter and full-year 2007 results at
7:45 a.m. Central time on Thursday, Feb. 7, followed by a conference call
to discuss results at 11 a.m. Central time.

    The call will be webcast from Apache's Web site,
http://www.apachecorp.com. The webcast replay and podcast will be archived
on Apache's Web site. The conference call will be available for delayed
playback by telephone for one week beginning at approximately 3 p.m. on
