GN Netcom, Inc. Appoints New General Manager To Lead Growth In Expanding Headset Market

hands-free communications solutions, announced today the appointment of
Anthony DiIulio to the newly-created position of Senior Vice President and
General Manager for GN Netcom, Inc.'s North American operations.

management team to oversee each of GN Netcom's three primary business units in

    Fairweather will continue in his role as President and CEO of GN Netcom,
Inc. and Executive Vice President of the worldwide GN Netcom Management Group.
He will be concentrating on the oversight and strategic positioning of GN
Netcom, JABRA and Hello Direct within the increasingly competitive U.S.
headset market.
    DiIulio was formerly vice president of sales at @Comm Corporation, a
Burlingame, California-based developer and marketer of Internet PBX switching
and telemanagement systems.  During his tenure there, he served in various
executive roles including sales, marketing, and general management. Prior to
this, he served as General Manager of Summa Four, Business Product Division.
     Based in Nashua, New Hampshire, GN Netcom is an established technology
leader in the professional headset market with a broad range of wired and
wireless products designed for the call center, general business and SOHO
segments. In 2000, the company acquired JABRA Corporation, the country's
leading provider of mobile telephony products for the consumer market. In the
